Living here in Traverse City for the last 15 years, I am a self employed, single, middle-aged (yes, time does catch up with us!), independent web site designer utilizing the latest in technology to design databased, dynamic, web sites using Active Server Pages (ASP), in addition to HTML pages.

I live, shop and enjoy life in beautiful northern Michigan. I am always accessible to my customers, advocating that I can be reached 24 hours a day, if needed.

I'm fortunate in that I have been able to combine several of my passions; computers, programming, digital photography, and design into a service that has met the needs of many web site owners.

Being a strong advocate of outstanding customer service, I often go the extra mile to help my customers, even on issues that are not web site related.

My background is strongly focused on business. Over the years I've worked in a variety of fields in management and sales/marketing positions. I have a strong background in retail home improvement, commercial printing and design, and retail hardware, too. Several years ago I trained retail stores for a large retail chain throughout the mid-west on their computer POS systems . It was during this time that I started developing some ideas on how to better help individuals and store owners utilize the internet as a selling tool. I spent many months refining those ideas into what I do today.

My current project, is to completely revamp my web site, TraveseCityMall.com, to facilitate small retail stores in the area to have an online store for customers to order. I have developed modules that will make it very easy for store owners to utilize the internet to increase their sales but not take on any increase in their cost of goods sold.
